Cost of Care
At Manos Sagradas Midwifery, we believe that every family deserves access to respectful, personalized, and humanized birth care, regardless of their financial circumstances. That’s why we created the Home Birth Community Care Model, a model that allows families to choose the level of payment that reflects their financial ability and our shared relationship to community.
Home Birth Community Care Model
For families birthing in El Paso, we offer three pricing options for our home birth services:
-
$4,500
This covers the full cost of your care—including prenatal visits, labor and birth support, and postpartum follow-up. -
$3,500
For families needing a reduced rate, this option helps make home birth more accessible. -
$5,000
For those who are able, this higher fee includes a $500 contribution to our Humanized Birth Initiative in Juárez, Mexico—supporting training, resources, and supplies for community-based midwifery care south of the border.
For families birthing in Juárez, we offer a single global fee, mindful of the lower socio-economic circumstances many families face on the Mexico side of the border.
-
$1,800 (33,500 MX$)
Why It Matters
Your investment in the Community Care Rate directly uplifts birthing people across borders. The additional funds help:
Provide clinical training for midwives in Juárez
Supply essential birth equipment and medications to our sister clinics
Promote humanized births in under-resourced setting
Choose Your Rate With Intention
When you choose the Community Care Rate, you are saying yes, to your own empowered birth experience, and to someone else’s access to the same. It’s a way of expanding the circle of care, one birth at a time.
Other Ways to Give
You don’t have to be a client to support our work. [Donate here] to help us grow midwifery access and humanized birth models on both sides of the border.
